What is Whole-body cryotherapy?

Whole body cryotherapy exposes your body to extremely cold temperatures—typically between -110°F to -180°F—for a short period of time, usually 2 to 3 minutes. This quick, controlled exposure to cold triggers your body’s natural “fight or flight” response, boosting circulation, reducing inflammation, and releasing endorphins.
As your body works to maintain its core temperature, blood rushes to your vital organs, becoming enriched with oxygen, nutrients,
and anti-inflammatory proteins.
Once you step out of the chamber and your body re-warms, this nutrient-rich blood flows back to your muscles and skin, promoting faster recovery, reduced soreness, and an overall feeling of rejuvenation.

Cryotherapy Benefits

Cryotherapy Duration & Service Process

Cryotherapy Duration

About 3 minutes

Recommended Frequency

2–3 sessions per week

Service Process

1
Complete health assessment & consent form
3
Blood pressure check & basic health screening
2
Put on protective gear
4
Enter the cryotherapy chamber
5
3-minute cryotherapy session
6
Exit the chamber and begin recover

Important Notes

1. The recommended session duration is about 3 minutes. If you feel any discomfort during the session, please inform staff immediately.
2. Do not remove protective equipment during the session, as this may increase the risk of frostbite.
